Find repeatable strengths
Look at where customers return, where teams reliably deliver and which capabilities are difficult to replicate. Use examples and operating evidence rather than internal opinion alone. A strength should describe something repeatable, not an isolated success.
Remove the surrounding constraint
A capable team may be held back by slow approvals, missing information or unclear priorities. Map the workflow around the strength to see where value is lost. Improving those connections can help without requiring a complete redesign.
Preserve the capability
Document working methods and share knowledge so expertise does not depend on one person. Review whether the capability remains relevant as customer needs change. Give teams time to improve the methods that support consistent delivery.
